Some German authorities have historically objected to Pakistani apostilles under Article 12(2) of the Convention, so we confirm the current acceptance position with the receiving office before filing. Most Pakistani degrees and certificates for Germany receive HEC or NADRA verification followed by a MOFA apostille. Employers and universities may ask for a certified German translation as well.
