Attestdone Terms of Service

Service Agreement
When you place an order with us, you accept these terms. Our job is to collect your documents, get them attested at the relevant authority, and return them to you.
Pricing
We give a written quote based on what your documents require. That quote stays valid for 7 days from the date we send it.
Bundle Discount
If you book two or more different services in one order, we take 5% off the final quote. Company accounts with 10 or more documents get 10% off.
Payment
Payment is collected after quote acceptance via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash on pickup/delivery. No advance payment is required for the final quote.
Document Handling
We photograph each document when it arrives and keep a detailed record of who holds it at every step. You can add insurance for Rs. 500 per document, which covers up to Rs. 200,000 per document.
Turnaround Times
The times we publish are estimates based on how the authorities are moving right now. They can slip if an office is slow or closed. Express and Super Express are quicker on our side but cannot speed up the authority.
Refund Policy
If we fall 1 to 2 days behind our promised date, you get 25% of the quote back. If we fall 3 or more days behind, you get 50%. If a document is lost or damaged, we refund the full quote and pay the Rs. 200,000 insurance. Cancel before pickup and we refund 80%; after pickup, 50%.
Saudi Cultural (Mosadaqa)
Saudi Cultural Mission attestation is optional. Customers may choose to have Attestdone manage the process (Quotes starting from Rs. 70,000) or complete it independently with our instructions.
Liability
Attestdone exercises due care in document handling. Our liability is limited to the final quote paid, up to Rs. 200,000 for document insurance claims.
Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
